Kiddieland Educational Center consists of a highly trained and qualified staff. All of our lead teachers hold a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Early Childhood Education and many of our co-teachers hold their Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education. Our teachers are required to participate in 15 hours of professional development programs per year. The assortment of activities we provide are endless. The educational curriculum, coupled with a custom designed facility, and a low teacher/student ratio is designed to meet the highest safety standards. All of our educators hold a First Aid and CPR Certificate, Child Protection, and Safe Food Handling and Safe Hygiene Practices. Educators attend quarterly training sessions on a range of topics to ensure they are able to deliver a high quality program at all times and to extend their knowledge and expertise. We also offer weekly Staff Mentoring and Professional Development Program to ensure career progression and personal development.
We trust that parents will have open and clear communication with children’s teacher at all times.
Our staff undertakes an intensive induction and training at the commencement of employment in our center. New personal is teamed up with an experienced educator to assist them in their first few weeks in the center. All staff has undergone a Background check, fingerprinting, and health exams as part of their pre-employment requirements.
Kiddieland ECE is guided by our Program Director and our Office Manager, who will always be available to speak with families, children, and educators to ensure a high level of care at all times. Their priorities are to stay up-to-date with the day to day operations, monitor quality and compliance with regulations and looking for opportunities to constantly improve the service and support offered to families, children, and the community to ensure our practices are of the highest standard for the education and care of children.
